Before taking a trip to California in 2016, I debated taking our Siberian-mix cat with us because I knew how much he'd miss us. We were driving there, would be visiting cities all over northern CA, I had planned for someone he knew to stay at my house to care for him, ​and yet I seriously thought about it. That's the truth. It's hard to leave our pets to go on trips; it's also hard to know what to do with them when we're gone. We want the best of all worlds, maximum happiness, and aren't sure how to get it. I totally understand. ​ That said, all is not lost. I LOVE what I do, am truly devoted to ensuring your pet is happy and secure, will care for them (and your home) as you'd expect any professional would, and keep you informed with pics/updates while you're away so you don't have to wait until your return to see that they're happy.
