Shipping 

We ship through the USPS and process items Monday – Friday not including holidays.  Depending on the quantity and size of the items ordered, the items you order will either be sent via First Class rate or via Ground Advantage.  First Class is cheaper and generally gets there faster (1-5 days) but can only be used for machinable (no rigid envelopes) mail and offers no tracking; Ground Advantage is more expensive and generally a bit slower (2-5 days) but accommodates larger packages and offers tracking.   Generally, a single card or even two cards can be sent in a non-rigid mailer (and therefore, sent First Class) but in some instances, a rigid mailer may be chosen as the safest way to get even single items to you.   

Once mailed, OTMH will provide you with estimated delivery dates for delivery of your ordered Products, however, any estimated delivery date or times provided to you are approximate.  Generally, please allow 1-3 business days for your item(s) to be shipped, and 2-12 days for your item(s) to arrive if you are in the US. 

 

Processing and shipping time may take slightly longer during November and December due to busy holiday season.    All items ship from Clearfield, Utah.   

Expedited shipping methods are available upon request; please email us with your request at onlythemoonhowls@proton.me and use your name, email and order number to help us more readily identify you.   

International shipping is provided for an extra shipping charge and items will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days; the delivery timeline will vary by country and carrier. 

Although we don't package and ship products at lightning speed like Amazon, we want to thank you for your support and patience and let you know that each item is packaged with care. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Only the Moon Howls, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase as determined by the original form of payment.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.   Please contact us at onlythemoonhowls@proton.me to initiate a return. 

If your products arrive in a damaged condition, we will replace the damaged product free of charge or issue a refund.   To start that process, email us at onlythemoonhowls@proton.me along with a photo of the damaged item(s) (or several photos if several items were damaged) and we’ll begin the process of repacking and sending a replacement order.
